Day 01 Kochi (Cochin)
Arrive in Kochi to a traditional welcome and then transfer to hotel.
The afternoon is at your leisure and spend the night at the hotel.
Day 02 Kochi (Cochin)
In the morning take a city tour of Fort Cochin and then a Backwater
boat cruise.
Day 03 Cochin/Kumarakom
Drive to Kumarakom. On arrival transfer to the hotel. Take a sunset
cruise on the backwaters and overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 04 Kumarakom
In the morning visit the Bird Sanctuary and the rest of the day is at
your leisure. Spend the night at the hotel.
Day 05 Kumarakom/Munnar
In the morning drive to Munnar. On arrival transfer to hotel and the
rest of the day is at your leisure.
Day 06 Munnar
In the morning visit the tea gardens that Munnar is famous for. The
afternoon is free. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 07 Munnar/Vandenmedu
In the morning drive to Vandenmedu. On arrival transfer to hotel and in
the afternoon visit a cardamom plantation and spend the night at the
hotel.
Day 08 Vandenmedu
Visit the tea factory at Kailasam and overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 09 Vandenmedu/Periyar
In the morning drive to Periyar. On arrival transfer to hotel. The day
is free. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 10 Periyar
The morning is at your leisure. In the afternoon take a boat ride on
the Periyar Lake in the Wildlife Sanctuary. Spend the night at the
hotels.
Day 11 Periyar/Madurai
In the morning drive to Madurai and on arrival transfer to hotel. The
rest of the day is free. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 12 Madurai
In the morning visit the city of Madurai. Visit the Meenakshi temple
and Tirumalai Nayak Palace etc. In the evening visit the Meenakshi
temple to see the evening aarti. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 13 Madurai/Chennai
Catch the flight to Chennai (Madras). On arrival transfer to hotel and
spend the night in the hotel.
Day 14 Chennai (Madras)
In the morning take a city tour of Chennai. The afternoon is free.
Spend the night at the hotel.
Day 15 Departure
Transfer to the airport to board the flight for your onward journey.
