Day 01 Chennai (Madras)

On arrival transfer to hotel. In the afternoon sightseeing tour of the city. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 02 Chennai (Madras)/Kanchipuram/Mamallapuram

In the morning leave for Kanchipuram and visit some of the important temples there. Continue to Mamallapuram. On arrival check in at the hotel. Then visit the Shore Temples and Arjuna’s Penance, the world’s largest bas-relief. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 03 Mamallapuram/Pondicherry

In the morning leave for Pondicherry. On arrival check in at the hotel. Sightseeing of Pondicherry. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 04 Pondicherry/Trichy

Drive to Trichy and on the way Chidambaram, Kumbakonam and Gangikondacholpuram. On arrival check in at the hotel. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 05 Trichy/Thanjavur/Trichy

In the morning visit the important temples in Thanjavur. In the afternoon visit Srirangam and Jambekeshwara Temple. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 06 Trichy/Madurai

Drive to Madurai. On arrival check in at the hotel. In the evening visit the Meenakshi temple to watch the evening aarti. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 07 Madurai/Rameshwaram/Madurai

In the morning visit Rameshwaram and the rest of the day is at your leisure.

Day 08 Madurai/Coimbatore

Travel to Coimbatore by road. On arrival check into the hotel. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 09 Coimbatore/Ooty

Drive to Ooty. On arrival check in at the hotel. Rest of the day is at your leisure. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 10 Ooty/Nagarhole

Leave for Nagarhole by road. On arrival check in at the hotel and the rest of the day is at your leisure. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 11 Nagarhole

In the morning take Coracle Ride on the Kabini River. A coracle is a round boat made of cane used by the locals. In the afternoon visit the National Park in a jeep/van. Spend the night at the hotel.

Day 12 Nagarhole/Mysore

Travel to Mysore by road. On arrival check in at the hotel. In the afternoon visit Mysore Palace and Chamundi Hills. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 13 Mysore

Visit Srirangapattna and Somnathpur. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 14 Mysore/Hassan

In the morning leave for Hassan by road. On arrival check in to the hotel. In the afternoon visit the temples of Belur and Halebid. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 15 Hassan/Bangalore

Drive to Bangalore on the way visit Sravanabelagola to see the monolith of Gomateshwara. On arrival transfer to airport to board flight for onward journey.
